- Gena Lofton, (CIO) handles all investment management internally. The financial capital which funded the group of companies was created by Gena while she built a successful career across Corporate America working for companies such as DIRECTV, Ernst & Young, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Warner Bros, etc.
- Gena began preforming as CIO as a result of NOT believing in the fallacy to work until you are 65 at a company and invest in a well-diversified portfolio of stocks bonds and/or mutual funds. Instead, she accelerated her journey towards retirement and became financially free over a decade ago. She credits this achievement by NOT believing in any of those financial gurus and instead invested her highly taxed earned income into multiple tax efficient passive income investments across multiple asset classes. Those assets generated sufficient income to replace her highly taxed earned income.
- Gena manages her holdings with the help of her Partners/Operators, CFO, Bookkeeper, Asset Manager/Contractor, and way to many ATTORNEYS, LOL. The holdings consists of multifamily real estate, private and public equities, and most recently, investing in Stadium Seat Licenses and Suites at the LA SOFI Stadium home of the The Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.
